Who you deal with

Istanbul Romance is a concierge service operated by Empire Concierge LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. We plan and coordinate your evening. Each part of it (hammam, yacht, photographer, transport, decoration, music) is provided by an independent local provider named in your written plan.

Packages and prices

Package prices on this website (Sweet Evening from €690, Signature Evening from €1,490, Grand Evening from €2,990, for two) are indicative. The final price depends on the date, the season and the options, and is confirmed in writing before anything is booked. You pay only for what you accept.

The online form

Sending the form reserves the hammam ritual of your package for two at the time you chose, through our booking office, Couple Hamam Istanbul. It is confirmed by e-mail or WhatsApp; if a time needs checking, our concierge confirms it or offers another time. The hammam ritual is paid at the hammam, by card or cash. Nothing else is booked until you accept the written plan and quote your concierge sends you.

Payment

Nothing is paid on this website. Your written quote states how and when each other part of the evening is paid.

Changes and cancellations

The hammam time can be changed or cancelled free of charge on WhatsApp, as nothing is paid in advance; please tell us as early as you can. For the other parts of the evening, the change and cancellation terms are stated in your written quote before you accept it.

Weather and safety

The yacht captain decides whether it is safe to sail. If not, your concierge offers another evening or an alternative, as set out in your quote.

Health

Hammam heat and massage are not suitable for everyone. Please tell us about pregnancy, heart conditions, high blood pressure or other health concerns before your evening.
